If you're not happy with a Flonase product, we're here to help. The steps below outline how you can submit a reimbursement request:
- Find your receipt: Keep your receipt or proof of purchase ready, you will need it while submitting your reimbursement request. The proof of purchase must show the date of purchase as well as the name of the retailer. If you purchase the product via a retailer that also offers a marketplace, such as Amazon or Walmart, the proof of purchase must also specify who the order was sold & shipped by, as these retailers allow third party sellers not affiliated with Haleon.
- Provide the required information: By filling this form, give us your contact details, product information, and why you want a reimbursement. The more details, the better.
- Submit the reimbursement request: After checking all the details, please submit the form.
- Wait for our reply: Our team will look at your request and get back to you promptly.

An email address will be required to receive the reimbursement. Your email address will not be used for marketing purposes. Please note, in some circumstances we may ask for you to return the product to us.
